This web-based issue tracking system has been implemented by the Medical Research Council countrywide. The system tracks hundreds of IT-related issues daily and allows for users to log problems through a simple web interface and for the team of support people to manage and report back on the progress of these issues. The system incorporates a MSSQL database and email as well as web interfaces.
